Mud Pump Liner

Liner is divided into Ceramic Sleeve Liner, Double Metal Liner, Carburization & quenchingLiner and Chrome-plated Liner. Ceramic Sleeve Liner, Material of the sleeve is Zirconia and its shell is 45#(ASTM1045)forged steel.Double Metal LinerThe material for the shell is forged steel pipe or seamless steel tube, 45#(ASTM1045). The normalizing hardness degree is 160BHN(HB180-200), percentage elongation 17%(δ>17%), tensile strength not less than 85000PSI(σb>610Mpa), Flexural Strength not less than 60000PSI(σb>450MPa)and shell with HP. The sleeve material is high chrome centrifugal, which is chrome containing 26-28%, its thickness 0.25~0.35 inch (6.35 -8.89mm. it's standard thickness is 7mm and special thickness reduced has 3 kinds, 4mm, 4.5mm & 5mm. Normally, it means standard thickness if there is no special explanation ), quenching hardness HRC59-67.
