Product Description
Inert Alumina Ceramic Balls Alumina Catalyst Support Balls for catalyst layer protectionProduct Introduction: Inert ceramic balls (catalyst bed support balls) with high temperature and high-pressure resistance, low water absorption, chemical stability, acid and alkali resistance, resistance to organic solvent corrosion. Inert alumina balls (catalyst support balls) can withstand the temperature changes in the production process.Inert ceramic balls are used as catalyst support and covering materials in the reactor, which can buffer the impact of vapor and liquid entering the reactor on the catalyst, protect the catalyst, and optimize the distribution of liquid and gas in the reactor. Inert alumina balls (ceramic support balls) are widely used in petroleum, chemical, fertilizer, natural gas and environmental protection industries as covering support materials and tower packing for catalysts in reactors. They are used as grinding bodies in ball mills, but catalyst bed support balls also fill and support catalyst beds in catalytic towers and catalytic reactors by amplifying the distribution of gases and liquids and buffering their impact on the catalyst.
99% pure alumina Ceramic Ball, is equal Denstone®99 Support Media. It is in chemical composition99+% alpha alumina and a maximum 0.2wt% SiO2. Because of its high alumina content and low silica(SiO2), it's a very excellent and ideal product for high temperature and steam applications. Xintao 99% pure alumina Ceramic Ball, has very excellent thermal properties, with its high density high-temperature resistance 1550ºC, also it's a good choice for heat retention or equilibration media.
